A lovely Craft day in July

Here is a picture of my lovely friends, from the left......Dee, Wendy,Trish and Kay. We got together on Monday for a great day crafting, this is us lunching in my garden at half time. What a feast we had.

This is one of the cards we made:
Stamp Set: Season of Joy
Card Stock: Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Whisper White
Inks: Basic Black, Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler
We also had great fun making these 2 flowers
and this is the final card:
Stamp sets: Strength and Hope, Nature Walk, Party this Way
Card stock: Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush and Whisper White
Inks: Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush and Basic Black

Our next class will be in August, we will be doing a couple of Christmas Cards and a couple of birthday cards (I can't wait)

13th September Workshop

The dreaded return to work happens tomorrow and I so do not want to go back BUT I do want to eat and pay the bill so I suppose I have no choice. More importantly I need to save lots of pennies for the new catalogue due on the 1st October yipee!!!

My lovely crafting friends wanted to do a little box of Christmas labels at our next workshop. I created this little box with 4 each of the wreath and robin tags a while ago. As there is no stamping involved I have added 4 stamped tags

We are also going to make this card using Scandinavian Christmas.

I have used gold and silver embossing powder for the tree and mounted the layers onto Elegant Eggplant card which I clear embossed with the flower from the same set.
