This is what I came up with

I used Very Vanilla and Pink Pirouette Card stock
Stamp sets: Bundle of Love, Baby Prints, Curvy Verse, Confetti
The following are sadly retired sets:
Gods Blessings, Occasional Quotes, Queue Up, Cause for Celebration and Forest Friends.
Page 2
The card opens up and has several pages which open up as you pull the tab on the right.

I have used the
Framelits Die the Small Oval Punch and the Itty Bitty Punches to creat the shapes
